Overall bad experience. Lots of distraction from the interviewer side. No value for candidate's time. Worst interview ever.
The interviewer has the habit of not listening the complete answers from the candidate.

I have never had an experience as bad as this organization. They want to candidate to wait for hours without prior notice of rescheduling or no show by their interviewer. My interview was rescheduled 3-4 times and that once HR called and ask me to push it half an hour further back, probably forgetting that candidate is not jobless and 4th time the interviewer didn't show up and I was waiting till 30 minutes. The HR was so pathetic that she didn't even bother to inform me or reply to my email. If they act like this with the candidate I wonder what they will do when they pay.
