I applied online and had a phone interview 2 weeks after sending my resume. They let me know 2 months later that they didn't choose me. The man was nice and careful to make me feel comfortable. I have a strong accent and my understanding of English by phone is not really perfect, but he took care to listen to me and let me speak.
