Easy very basic, low hanging fruit. Wanted to offer me 30mins lunch break. Wouldn't get out of bed for the money they where offering. Employees seemed lethargic and bored of their jobs. Simple application form online then a final round interview. That's the only thing I could credit them for unfortunately.
