My interview process was conducted primarily via phone. It seemed as though my interviewer really wanted to know more about me, not just that I was qualified for the job. They were very friendly and welcoming. It lasted about 40 minutes. I interviewed with both my direct supervisor and the regional supervisor for the position.

Lasted about 45 minutes. Very detailed questions about my resume experience and a few questions about the job and how I would handle leading a team of leasing agents. They asked about technical experience such as Yardi, bookkeeping, and leasing. However, they stressed that they were looking for someone who excelled in leadership and organization since they needed to lease up their apartment in a fast and efficient manner. Overall, very comfortable experience. There was casual conversation and some jokes passed around which made the atmosphere light-hearted. I did not get the position I applied for, but I received a job offer for another role.
