They tried to pull a leetcode interview with a whole list of items to "study". I declined. This is not a good way to evaluate senior engineers who have been doing dev for ~15 years.

Question 1
Typical leetcode DSA geared towards fresh CS grads, not experienced devs.
Leetcode style interview, 1st hr introductory call. Then code signal process where there were 2 question 1 med 1 easy. 1 med difficult. No call back after wards the code signal.

Entretien
1 round of phone screen to align on the basics, 2-3 rounds of technical, which is mostly leetcode/DS&A type of questions, 1 round of manager match (had to do an additional round due to role change).
