The first round was a telephonic interview of about 20-25 minutes. It was not a technical interview. I was contacted just 2 hours before the interview. Overall, It was a nice experience.

I interviewed in October 2018. Step 1: Online application: 10 minutes
Step 2: HR phone interview : 3 min (idk it felt like a fraction of seconds). **WEIRD**

The interview process spanned over 3-4 weeks and scheduling was very flexible - due to school and other obligations. I was introduced to the company through an employee referral and reached out to by talent acquisition. I had two phone interviews - one with talent acquisition and one with the hiring manager. The lady that I spoke with first and handled scheduling was extremely kind and always kept me updating on where I was at in the interview process via emails or phone calls. After these two emails, I had a panel interview with several people from the company, those I'd be working with and executives. During the final interview, I spoke with the CEO.
The interview process was definitely different from any other I'd experienced before, but understandably so. During each step, I was always aware of where I was at and encouraged to reach out should I have any further questions. I say the interview difficulty was difficult because it's longer than many other places and you have to really know your expertise.
