Entretien
Phone screening is followed by a couple of stages. A pair-programming session, where the task solved was something similar that would come up in real life (data cleaning and testing). Followed by another session of software architecture design interview. Finally a half-half scaling + culture-customer interaction interview.

What would you do, if in the same time 3 different customers you collaborate with, would come to you, that they have critical, blocking issues that need solving right now?
