Applied via online portal,
Received interview offer for group interview via email.
Group interview consisted of about 7 others and was located in one of the stores after hours.
Answers a few questions and participated in activities. The vibe was fun.
Post interview, I was emailed an offer for a paid trial shift.
Trial shift was fine, they did not expect intensive product or POS knowledge but just focused on how I interact with customers and complete other tasks. (Staying busy by folding and cleaning between customers helped).

More of an activity, but we all had to blindly pick an item from a pencil case then attempt to sell it to the rest of the team.

Group activities, random questions and you had to pair up and pick an outfit for a scenario. Was easy for me as only 4 people showed up where they said there should’ve been 10 so it was easier to stand out.
