1.MCQs about frontend and DSA 2.Take home assignement (to be completed in 48 hours) 3.Technical round 4.Cultural fit round I was eliminated after round 3. I did not get any proper response as to why I was eliminated just a message that they won't be proceeding with my application. The guy who interviewed me has himself joined 3 months ago and seemed way less experienced than me. Even after answering more than 90% of his answers correctly I was eliminated. It seemed the guy interviewing me felt insecure about his job because of my profile. Hence he forwarded negative feedback for me. Interviewer wanted to hear very specific answers that he knew about and did not have an open mindset for approach to a problem. He didn't seem interested in hiring. Just wasting candidates time. If you are serious doing job hunt. Please avoid this org.

J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FactWise (Mumbai)
Entretien
It consisted of 3/4 rounds:
1st round: You are given an assignment to finish in 24 hours
2nd round: It's a 30-minute round where you are given additional tasks as a follow-up to the assignment
3rd: DSA
4th: Chat with CEO.
The entire process takes around 4 weeks, 1 round per week, so yeah is slow.
Ideally, I think DSA round should be done at the start - It's luck-based, so candidates can save 2 weeks and 1 day completing the assignment.
