Long interview with many different parts that looks at each candidate in depth. There is a group exercise, four individual interviews, and written quizzes. It is a long day but they look to find the best person for the job

We were asked to perform a teaching portion and teach a skill
Phone interview and a superday. Had to do a "how to" presentation in front of the hiring group. Multiple interview rounds in the office. Positive experience and heard back a week or so after.

Entretien
The interview was fairly straightforward, with three sections. The first was for cultural fit and covered standard questions on background and experience, the second was a quiz on Excel, and the third required you to deliver a 5 minute preprepared instructional presentation.

Entretien
The first round interview is very laid back and casual. Mainly focuses on finding out if your personality fits and looking for communication skills. Interviewer focused on personal skills rather than technical in the first round. Interview lasted about 30 minutes.
