5-10 phone call, received an email the following day saying I would move on to the second step which would be a zoom interview, doing a role play, and then have to type up and send a summary which they give 30 minutes to do.

It was a 3-part process, first meeting with their talent team via phone, giving info about your background and expertise. The second meeting is with the talent team and the director of financial planning, which included a mock client review.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of interviewing with Facet. The hiring process was incredibly unorganized, with poor communication and a lack of respect for candidates' time and effort.
Right from the beginning, it was evident that the company culture and employee experience were not priorities for Facet. The interview process gave me a clear picture of what it would be like to work there, and it wasn't promising. Given these red flags, I decided not to pursue the opportunity further. My decision was reinforced after speaking with former employees who confirmed my suspicions about the chaotic and disrespectful environment at Facet.
