      Entretien

      The first interview was a phone call with HR, where I was asked about my experience as a PM, and she gave an overview of the company. After that, I had an interview in English with a VP manager in the United States. After that, I had another interview with a PM director, which was also in English, and then had the last interview with two product managers. In the final interview, they asked me about my work routine in my previous role and to describe the product I managed

      They presented a scenario involving an issue with one of the robots. They asked what I would do in such a situation — whether I would prioritize fixing the bug or delivering another feature instead. They also asked how I measure success in the product I currently manage.

      Entretien

      Overall: 1. Intro call with HR 2. Meeting with a PM 3. Home assignment 3. Meeting with Head of PM 4. HR meeting The company is building cool robots and have a promising business model. The tech looks ver interesting and the managerial team has vast backgrounds in all the relevant & needed areas. The process itself was not smooth, it took them lots of time to get back to me after each step, and generally the communications were not that clear through the process. Their HR did not add any value into the process, it was clear in the HR meeting that she mostly wanted to "do her part" and repeated several times the same sentences about the company, didn't give answers to questions about company culture and generally didn't feel authentic. The PM I met was very nice and the discussion with him was fluent. The Head of PM was also nice, but due to their schedule I didn't get any time to ask questions about the company or product and was just bombarded with question in the interview. Overall the company seems cool, but the interview process is definitely needs polishing and giving more care to the candidates.

      A logical questions about 25 robots racing. Only 5 robots can are the same time. You need to find a method to identify which robot will finish first, 2nd, 3rd.
