If after submitting an application, you are pushed through to the next step, they run a background check on you. If that clears, you are required to complete an on-demand interview. It is 15 or so questions that you video record responses for and submit. Then an in-person interview is scheduled. Mine was with a 5 person panel - the recruiter, 2 FSA employees that hold the same position I was interviewing for (seemed vaguely inappropriate to be interviewed by potential peers), and 2 employees for the agency the position was contracted with (the OUSA, in my case).

The whole interview process with FSA was easy and smooth. It was conducted online with Zoom and the interviewers were delightful, easy going and engaged with me to make it feel like a conversation.
