1 technical (with hiring manager), 1 assignment, 1 with mentor (senior leadership), followed by HR discussion
Take home assignment was standard. Mentors were receptive to questions on org strategy and roadmap.
HR discussion was standard, there's no strict culture fit checks as such

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez FPL Technologies
Entretien
The process was easy but very slow at the same time. They won't schedule the next round until you ask them. And then they may randomly chose not to continue the process without informing you so unless they are in urgent need of man power, don't expect much. Don't expect a feedback. Interview was relatively easy and short.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez FPL Technologies (Pune)
Entretien
A friend of mine referred me. The HR invited me to the office for the interview. The tech interview was with the product head and it was pretty decent. The questions were mostly around the work experience and some product strategy and execution questions. The next round was supposed to be with the Cofounder but the co-founder brought another manager along. It was mostly a behavioural round. The HR called me up and told me that the product head and co-founder had given a go ahead but the manager didn't give a positive, which was surprising as the co-founder and the manager had taken the interview together. The friend who had referred later told me that the manager who was in the panel with the Cofounder selected one of her friend for the role.
