It was fine. It was easy. Didn't have much to ask but the basic questions. Didn't have any room for negotiations for pay. It was over the phone and I was asked what I expected from this position. That didn't much matter as nothing I wanted was given. I took the job for advancement but there isn't much room for advancement in this company. They play favorites.

Very poor scheduling or time management on recruiter. Had the initial interview rescheduled twice in back to back weeks on the day each interview was supposed to occur. If I can’t even get an initial screening recruiter completed with a regional recruiter. What does that say about the rest of the company? I cancelled the 3rd appointment as I didn’t want more of my time wasted.
