While my experience matched exactly, all I got from them was a “dear John letter” , it looks like they had a candidate already selected, but need the cover of a public offering, wasting my time and others going to the trouble of applying

My interview was positive. My Director shared the culture and history of FPI. It was engaging and encouraging. I received a call within a couple of hours with an offer.

Brief as FPI had been trying to hire me for over three years! I did need to meet with the ownership of the portfolio that I would be overseeing but that was easy too.
