Onsite interview with hiring manager. I regret not trusting what the ex-employees were saying about this company and attended the interview. It is a complete waste of my time. First of all, the company still ask applicants to fill in a hardcopy application form - asking family information, age, race, religion etc., these are all information that MOM/TAFEP repeatedly mention PDPA is in place and there is no need to obtain those information to determine if someone can do the job. This company still lives in the 80s. Not only that, the negative reviews in glassdoor are 100% true, and no locals would join this company tbh, probably only foreigners whom cant find a job and dont mind being squeeze until completely dry till left bones. I am so glad I dodged a bullet and have found a ideal job that is humane at least. Join them at your risk.
