Skype interview - It was a pretty good experience. went through portfolio and talked about further design&software skills. I applied on recruiting day at school. I received the interview invitation in 2 weeks and the offer was made at the same day I interviewed with them.

Entretien
After applying through their website, emailing their HR director (who I had met several years prior), and one of my friends employed there, I was called invited to their office for an interview while I was in DC for my spring break. My visit began with a tour of their beautiful office space followed by meeting one on one with the director of HR. We were then joined by two design principles. I first walked them through my portfolio of work and then answered questions about my previous experience and what I was looking to accomplish during a summer internship. I was able to ask them questions to which they answered fully. Our meeting was mostly conversational and I left with a positive impression of the firm.

Entretien
Met them at a career fair and shortly got an email afterwards to set up an interview. It was a very pleasant experience and the HR rep always got back to me quickly with any questions I had.
