Overall process took 3+ weeks of my energy just to get rejected without any reason
1. First technical virtual round
2. Second technical virtual round
3. Third managerial round happened F2F
HR said I am not selected
3rd round it was just discussion about the what are u strength, weakness
I was late by 20 minutes may be that's why she was pissed but I had genuine reason I miscalculated the time. I said sorry multiple times. I THOUGHT ALL WENT WELL but 3 weeks to just get rejected and I saw they posted this open position on naukari again so I doubt weather they wanted anyone to join or just marketing techniques these days

Applied for role with CV. Received an email about needing to do a “test”. Given it was for a testing role, I was expecting testing based questions. Instead, there was questions about finance concepts (even if I had researched the company I would never have known this info), ridiculous “analysis” questions and a small number of actual testing questions. Lots of the questions were also “select one or more answers”. I didn’t get the required score to pass to the next stage. I’ve never encountered such a poor recruitment experience and such a poor test.
