1st was coding round consist of 4 question , 3 are c# one is SQL based, i cleared 2 round then there was 3 round with europe panel , it was 2H20min long interview , and i was confident that i have cleared i have answered all of there question expect 1 or two and almost every answer is correct , still i have not cleared there 3rd round . i did'nt get why .

The overall impression is quite negative. Initially, 2 recruitment agencies and their own internal recruiter contacted me and they all had different information about the compensation budget for the role. A lot of annoying and non-planned calls to mobile during the day. Wrong links to meetings. Then a pathetic interview with: 0 questions about architecture, 0 questions about DDD, 0 questions about distributed systems or microservices, 0 questions about testing, 0 questions about development processes, 0 questions about scaling, maintaining, deploying, logging, monitoring. 0 advanced .NET questions nothing. But questions like "What is the difference between inner and left join" which definitely help them to define competent candidates for the role.
