Really easy onboarding. Video interview, so you could prepare answers and retake if you messed anything up. Found it very straightforward. Never actually had to speak to a human until the point after I’d been offered the job.

Where have you had to demonstrate good customer service before?
All done online via a link where you record your answers to the questions, you also have a couple of attempts before having to submit your response. Overall a simple process and they get back to your fairly quickly to say if you have been successful or not.
