The process is standard and ok. Basic algorithm and coding questions. System design is medium level.
I didn't get the offer. They didn't give me feedbacks. Probably I showed less interest in the job during the interviews. As I talk to them I really felt like the work their isn't demanding too much advanced technologies other than logistics workflows implementation.

Long coding is a problem to fulfill warehouse orders, quite related to their business.
Reached out in my network, got a recruiter call , then an online assessment. Then had a separate call with manager for another role. The recruiter S_tephen B_landing was terrible. Spoke for 45min only boasting about himself and how much all the employees make and said maybe you could make as much money. And Tried using the online assessment to reject me. However, I had a connection into the company so it didnt matter but his attitude made my life harder. I guess karma comes around when laid off by a poor startup

Entretien
It was incomplete interview process.
First round was was recruiter who explained the interview process step by step.
Next round is a coding challenge. I was impressed by the tool and the question, which was a real world problem not just a code-trick question such as inverting binary tree. I was able to complete the test, but never heard back from the recruiter.
The coding challenge was just an hour which seems ok, but suggest the hiring team to avoid this in the future. A short response to the candidate even if rejected or if the role is filled would greatly help.
