I recently had an introductory phone call with the HR department of this company. During the call, they provided an overview of the organization and asked questions about the role. Subsequently, they scheduled a technical interview for a few weeks later. However, without any prior notification, they canceled the interview. When I followed up, I was informed that they had already hired someone else. This has been the worst experience I have had as a candidate.

The interview was three parts, thoughtful and engaging. Overall it was a great interview with lots of questions about the company, my prior experience, and my future expectations. I had the opportunity to speak to multiple people which was nice.
