Recruiter communication needs to improve a lot. Team was great though. There were absolutely no responses to the emails or phone calls for follow ups from recruiter. Was very disappointing to just wait.

Was a direct interview based on CV experience, asked behavioral questions, and what would you include in a test plan and when would you choose a test plan over a test strategy? . Overall was a normal interview.

Online application followed by first stage interview. Questions about experience on CV and projects worked on as well as how experience was applicable to role I was applying for. The 2 interviewers were managers.

an online application on workday, with few questions to answer directly. upload resume etc.
after the online application there is a phone screening, to casually chat. and then an email follow up from the recruiter.
