Interview process was well organized. I have applied online, there was an initial technical phone screening. After that there is managerial round. HR people are professional and friendly. They gathered info as much as possible like why are we looking for change, expected salary range, experience details etc.

They ask me few topics of C++11.

About project , oops concept and basic sql question
Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez FIS (Bengaluru)
Entretien
I got short listed and invited for F2F interview in one day advance.
Very Basic Questions were asked on SQL and Unix with application support responsibility with my previous organization.
Two Rounds of technical interview then one round on HR discuss which went well.
After 3days got call from HR and asked to be available for telephonic conversation with Technical and managerial discuss which also went well with very basic questions on day to day activities.
Post competition to all round CTC Breakup was shared by HR. After acknowledgement offer letter on very next day.
Entire process took 7 days ( Saturday to Friday )
