Very poor. Techie guys please don't prefer this as a career. May be if you are selected for other Prepaid you get a chance for on-site. Seniors use to suppress the juniors for their survival

Rh exchange followed by in site interview with manager and technical test (sql + java qcm). Then a proposal. It took 2 weeks. They have great place to work and everything was straightforward
