Had a single interview with the two individuals I would be working directly with and it was held over Zoom. One of the interviewers was 10 minutes late. The interviewers discussed the position and their backgrounds and then asked me to describe myself. After a brief elevator pitch on my background, they asked no follow up questions or any other questions on myself or experiences. I did have some questions prepared for them, which they answered. It often felt as though they were more interested in talking to each other than getting to know me and my skills. I then had to follow up twice to see if I was being considered as a candidate (I assumed that I wasn't) and finally got a response nearly a 6 weeks later. A very unprofessional process.
