Online aptitude test, F2F technical Round with the hiring manager, Task, F2F Final Round with the CEO or Founder. The Human Resources communication was quick and transperant. Questions were well thought, however, no creativity is accepted I think they are looking for bookish answers.

Entretien
Was very compact. Everything from the online assessment to two rounds of interview happened in span of couple of weeks. The offer was communicated on the same day as the last interview!!

Interviewed on both Critical and Technical questions
Received an invitation after two weeks. Short interview for 30 minutes, questions about past work experience, but did not have personality questions at all. Overall, comfortable atmosphere. The first nterview was with one person.
