J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FICO (Denver, CO) en sept. 2016
Entretien
Two 30 minute phone screenings (HR with recruiter and technical with the hiring engineer) followed by a technical on-site interview that lasted 3 hours. The on-site interview involved three 45 minute sessions with different members of the team, as well as two 1-on-1 sessions with the principal engineer. The first two sessions were technical in nature, testing my general knowledge, as well as my technical and problem solving abilities. The first session was a mix of Q&A followed by white-board psuedocode, while the second half was a pair-programming session in two different environments I'd be using.
The last session was another Q&A discussing my ability to work in a team environment as well as competency in software development practices.

The interview experience was good. The questions range from DSA to Development to behavioral questions with the difficulty from easy to medium. The interviewers were professional as well as friendly.
La primera entrevista es con el reclutador; después avanzas a la entrevista con el hiring manager. Finalmente, tienes varias entrevistas con miembros del equipo y posteriormente recibes la oferta final.
The interview process had majorly four (but small 6) rounds:
1. shortlisting of resume
2. online test
3. group discussion
4. assignment
5. tech interview
6. HR interview
Assignment was to design a "parantha management system", yup! it had UI, Backend, db designing, like features you would add
