The process was very comprehensive. I had several interviews with pretty much all the direct teams (around 5/6 overall). I learned a lot with those interviews (they explained me a lot about the business) and the case I had to present was also a good learning experience (required to dedicate some time but not extremely hard). The last interview was with the CEO, which demonstrates their engagement with the recruitment process :). The interviews overall are not extremely difficult, but require some company and financial services industry research. Lots of time dedicated to their recruitment process.
