CAD test and technical interview. Interview was taken by manager and senior engineer. Interview process was easy to moderate. General design related questions were asked. Apti test was quite difficult but had low weigtage

Spoke to a recruiter first, then had a TEAMS interview with the hiring manager and another team member. Some technical questions were asked, and they went through my background. Received feedback within a week and was not selected for the position.

They asked about my education and work experience. Also asked questions about a specific calibration project I worked on and what went well or bad. The manager wanted to know my long-term goals.

It was mostly introducing the company to me. I also presented them my work and experience in the field. It is very recommended to speak in German if you can. At least in my interview, it was important for them.
