first time i was hired School year 2000-2001 i was interviewed and had a teaching demo with the bosses. when i got hired as a returnee faculty in SY 2011-2012 i was interviewed and also had teaching demo with the three academic heads of the college.

my first demo was on writing poetry step by step which i developed with a friend. the second interview was on ethics--how to develop a clear conscience. the difficult question was perhaps not so difficult.--how to apply it practically.
