First step is to submit a video. Second step they will ask for a 20min Skype interview which is more an assessment. Third step you're given a task to solve and give back to the manager.

Question 1
Personal + CV questions and experience on big trucks/warehouse logistics. It seems like they were searching for a supply chain specialist. Quite young manager with deep Swiss conservative attitude. Refused to inform salary stating that it's only said when the process moves forward. Team lacks ethnicity and age diversity and that raises flags to me.
