I applied online through indeed.com. I was reached out by a recruiter and sent prescreen questions on a pdf. After I finished that, I was presented with an interview with the director of customer support. The interview lasted around 30 minutes. The questions were standard for the first interview. The second interview was with the CEO/Owner. He asked me more personal questions and gave information about his offices in Canada and Las Vegas. Interview was decent and they stated they will reach back out within the next few days with a possible offer. The interview process and communication were all pretty professional to me. The owner has a unique personality and says this is a family business that takes care of their employees. Seems like great people however I’m not sure how the work culture is truly.
**Update : They provided me with a written offer 2 days later. I signed it and sent it back with my references. They didn’t ask for a background check but said they will call back with next steps. They called me the next day for a potential start date and we decided on a day 1.5 weeks later. I emailed/called them for an official email/location for the first day. I was able to speak to someone the upcoming business day and they will be calling with more information for start day.

Entretien
The interview process was a two part interview. Was a smooth process. The job was ok, kinda scattered with information and nothing was dynamically the same. But, good learning experience and stepping stool job.
