3 Stages, Online Application process, followed by a quite simple Telephone interview and lastly a Group Assessment Day. Then an offer. They ask you quite a few times if you are okay about being unpaid during their 8-12 week training program.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
