First phone call to arrange the actual interview
Telephone Interview - Fairly easy, last about 20 minutes mainly about my motivation and my future career goal.
Assessment Day - Only had one Skype Interview with their FDM Hong Kong Manager lasted 10 minutes, followed by 3 aptitude tests and a Tour around the Academy.
The process was a lot easier than expected, the three interviews stated on the leaflet did not go ahead, 5 of us only did one Skype interview.

Telephone - "Whats your understanding of FDM", "Tell me a little bit about yourself", "What do you want to do IT", "What are your future goals", "What is your understanding of Investment Banking"
Skype Interview - "Tell me a little bit about yourself and why FDM", "What is your understanding of the IT industry", "Why should we choose you"
The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
