Had 3 interviews in total. First one was a phone screening interview. Second one was an in person interview and they gave you a general idea of the company, the interviewer highly increased my interest in joining the company. Got invited back for third interview and met with 2 managements. Honestly, it was a terrible experience, I didn't feel respect from them AT ALL. One of those just looked at you like stupid when you answer her questions.

I went to the group interview in London for a graduate sales position: 1) Introduction 2) Group Play 3) Test ( your I.T. knowledge) 4) 1 to 1 Interview if you pass all 4 stages you might get an invitation call for the final interview. ------------------------------------- I then got an invitation for the final interview on the next day with the sales manager via video conference. After the interview, I had a good feeling and the sales manager as well as the fdm internal recruiter promised me to let me know about the results within three days. They never did, and also did not respond to my emails and calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
