Application process followed these stages. 1) Online application 2) Arctic Shores task-based online assessment 3) Telephone interview (~30 mins) 4) Assessment centre (3 separate interviews, ~30 mins each). Overall process took around 2-3 weeks from initial application. PEEL structure and adherence to company "strengths" they seek is advised.

Was a very relaxing assessment centre interview, we were told we would have 3 short interviews with senior employees at FDM and although they were meant to be around 5 minutes each, it wasn't rushed because they gave you time to answer the questions in the way you wanted. It was related more to strengths-based questions, but at the same time you have to show knowledge of technology or the technology industry. Also gave you a presentation of the company, tour of the offices at the assessment centre, lunch break and three separate tests (which weren't too difficult).
