FDM has an unusual method of placing its employees with its clients, where the new recruits' pay could be considerably lower than typical graduate jobs. Once offered position, the new recruits are required to stay with the firm for 2 months after 6 months training. Additionally, you are required to be able to cover your costs during the 6 month training.

The interview last 15 minutes. I received an email with video interview link and simply followed the instruction on website to set up the camera and mic. I had 90s to prepare each question and 90s to answer it.
The whole process consists of 2 tests and 3 interviews. Tests were fairly easy but 2 interviews with trainers were quite difficult which I have not prepared for the coding question

Entretien
Started off with a phone call and initial assessment. The recruiter advances you for a phone interview. After clearing the phone interview, you are required to take a video interview answering (pre-recorded) behavioral questions and an online logic assessment.
This clears you for the interview day, which consists of 2 in-person interviews (Behavioral and Technical), and 2 assessments in the form of games (Literature and Logic).
