first you'll get called for a telephone interview, then you'll attend assessment day (includes logical test, technical test, English test, a few different interviews with different people), then after the assessment day, you'll hear your result in a few days.
The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
