Entretien
Consisted of 3 tests including Maths Test, Aptitude Test and Venn Diagram Test originally but then ended up doing a verbal reasoning test without any notice. Also there were supposed to be 3 interviews with 4 questions each but ended up having around 6 questions each.

The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
