Assessment centre with three tests (IT and aptitude, numerical and venn) and interview (3 short interviews, 5 mins each). They give initial presentation with information about the company, and a tour of the office.

I submitted my resume in school career fair and got a phone interview in one month. The phone interview questions include: how do I understand FDM's business model; My degree; My internship experience; My software skills.
After the brief phone interview, I finished online assessment which includes basic IT/Math knowledge and 20-min write-up. Then I got Skype interviews.

It is about 12 to 15 mins interview. Some of the questions could be found on the website. But some could not. U have to prepare it by yourself. The volumn of applicants are very high. Hard to get inside since u still need to having the final interview.
