Entretien
There was first a 15 minute telephone interview that was just basically confirming information in my application and then a while waiting to hear back. The next stage was an assessment centre that started with a group exercise for around an hour to develop a business pitch for FDM to expand into a new market. There were then two interviews and a written task to summarise the findings of an annual report.
