The process included several stages. First was an online assessment consisting of game-based tasks. After that, I had a recruiter phone call covering general background questions and a few basic technical topics. I then completed a technical online assessment of about 10 questions across multiple areas. This was followed by a technical interview with a company representative. Finally, there were two behavioral interviews—the first with two interviewers and the second with one—focused mainly on my motivation for applying to FDM and interest in the specific role.
