Standard brief phone screen, then 2-3 hour face-to-face interview with IT director, including technical assessment.
The interview was fairly standard, and the job requirements and position were described clearly. My skills were lacking in one area so the director invited me to hone those skills over the next few days and report back about my ability to get up to speed quickly.
I did so over the next 3 days. FBCS ignored all of my followup contact attempts, and I never heard back. After 3 weeks I found out through a ZipRecruiter email that the position was closed.
This was among the most UNprofessional and disrespectful experiences of my 30 year career.
