I applied for different roles in the marketing and media operations team.
I was contacted by one of their recruiter (always the same french lady) who asked to schedule a phone interview. Never called and always came back with ridiculous excuses and asking to reschedule.
I think I must have reschedule 3 times once to speak to the recruiter and I never got even a response to my emails nor feedback later.
Unprofessional hiring manager, disrespectful attitude, all in all, it only makes me run away from it. Demanding extensive experience and skills from candidates, and whenever face with relevant questions, for instance which adserving platform they work with, they have no idea whatsoever.
A waste of time, arrogant people, it's 2022 time to disclose salaries, let alone when you want to know candidate's current salary. Lack of transparency on career progression, as they have people with little experience in senior positions. Trying to fool candidates.
