The Interview process started off with a friendly Farfetcher, and just having a general chat about the surrounding job, seeing if the candidate would fit in. The next step is the presencial interview. There were around 8 of us, all applying to different languages within the Customer Service Advisor position. We were made relaxed by the people interviewing us. We were asked about Farfetch, the ethos, the job was explained thoroughly, we were shown a video. We all had to answer a couple of questions, and also asked about how we would react depending on specific scenarios. We were then taken away to be interviewed. I was put hugely at ease by my interviewer, and I found it a really pleasant experience.

I was contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview for the following week. I set up a date a time, but when the day came I never received a call! I did not receive a notice that they would be late or to reschedule for another day. My experience was very unprofessional.

There were two interviews and both were really organized. They both made the experience wonderful! What typically is an anxious experience was very comfortable and fun! I really enjoyed the interviews! Very well conducted.
