Confusing. First, a British consultant that found me on Linkedin called from UAE (very nice lady and tireless in her efforts) to gauge my fit to the position and find out about my salary expectations. Afterwards, a confusing Skype interview with HR and the leader from a business unit for which the team I was "supposed" to lead would mainly work. Seemed improvised, not knowing exactly what to ask, more focused on presenting the company then other things. After months of back-and-forth and a couple of trips to Porto, I finally found myself asked to do an "exercise" that was more adjusted to a junior software engineer. I gracefully declined and tried to contact HR telling them that those kinds of exercises were not suited to a position like mine and noticeably my salary expectations had been "lost in translation". I contacted the first consultant explaining the situation and she tried over and over to talk to Farfetch again to no avail...
