Multiple interviews via Zoom but sporadic communication. All of my references were contacted but I never heard from anyone again. Also, from start to finish the process was longer than any other I'd experienced in the federal arena.

Behavioral questions, how you would or have handled certain situations as well as experience with certain programs. Panel interview sometimes other times it is one on one. But most experience certain has been behavioral in nature.
Very structured interview process. Interview panel rarely interacts with candidates. Be prepared to talk for most of the interview. The panel will take turns reading questions to you and then you will have an allotted time to respond.

Easy and straight forward process that was conducted through the phone. Simple questions pertaining to past experiences and covers the resume. Heard back with an offer after a couple of weeks from the phone call.
