The initial digital interview consisted of answering about ten questions that I had to record by video. The recordings were facilitated by a web service that allowed thirty seconds for me to read the question and contemplate an answer, then record the answer. Each response was given a fixed time to respond, thirty seconds for short answers up to about three minutes for longer responses depending on the question, and could not be redone or reviewed. The first question was a warm-up, to practice the format and presentation. I was allowed to review and rerecord the first response for practice. The whole process lasted about fifteen minutes.

I've applied for NSE1 position at F5. First HR gave a call and asked more personal information, explainthe recruitment process etc. Then the technical screeing online which contained around 50 open questions and given time was 35 minutes. Techical screening included detail of OSI layers, TCP/ UDP Protocols and linux commands. I couldn't answer all question but passed the screening. Second technical screening was via phone. OSI layers and switches, then TCP/UDP protocols, DNS and DHCP, detail of HTTP, detail of SSL ,encryption, linux commands and troubleshooting scenerio. I could answer some questions but most part of linux and some part of networking were missed since I am luck of pratical knowledge. Linux knowledge is quite important skill they expect from candidate in this process and networking knowledge is just basic.
